Overview of the Agent Community
LiveOps is eager to partner with independent agents to provide a variety of call center services for our clients.

1. Our basic application takes about one hour to complete, and tests an applicant’s readiness to take calls, computer savvy, diction, and responsiveness. If you complete the application and your skill set matches our clients’ needs and there is current demand for additional agents, you will be invited to join!
2. After receiving an invitation, each applicant must pass a background and credit check through our partner, FirstAdvantage. Their cost is $50, which includes both background and credit. Independent Agents handle credit card numbers and other sensitive information, so this check is critical for our client security. Read details in the FAQ
3. After passing the background check, you will submit final paperwork so we can create your account, either as an independent contractor or as an incorporated home business. At this time, make sure you have the equipment your business needs to get started. Visit our requirements page for more Info.
4. Now that you have access to the LiveOps platform, you will begin Certification, a process that is self paced and can take as little as two days. This Certification will introduce you to our systems, clients, programs and processes. LiveOps does not charge for certification programs, or for participation on our platform, at this time.
Your business’ revenue is completely dependent upon your performance and the volume of service you provide, as well as the type of program that you choose to participate in. Some of our clients pay a simple rate, generally 25 cents per minute of talk time, some pay a base rate in addition to a bonus for commission, and some programs pay entirely on commission. Sales incentives can dramatically increase revenue for your home business, as you develop your ability to sell the products and services. In 2009, on average, Independent Agents received 4 calls per 30-minute block, and invoiced $1.57 per call, including sales incentives. This is not a guarantee of pay and call volume can vary widely. The revenue you generate for your business is based entirely on the success and commitment of the independent agents. Highly qualified, specialized and Licensed Insurance agents can generate significantly higher revenue, while other agents opt for simpler programs with a lower invoicing rate.
Important note: LiveOps works with home businesses, freelancers and independent contractors. LiveOps does not hire agents as employees.
